Paul Gillum, MD| Medical Director/Physician Advisor

Dr. Gillum serves as the Medical Director and Physician Advisor of United Tissue Network. He earned his Bachelor of Science with distinction (Microbiology) from the University of Oklahoma, and his Doctoral Degree with outstanding distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, subsequently joining the faculty in the Departments of Dermatology and Pathology.

Through his 23 year medical career, Dr. Gillum has practiced Dermatology in a private setting and at the Universities of Oklahoma and Colorado, and acted as Medical Director of the Oklahoma Dermatopathology Institute. Dr. Gillum remains licensed in Oklahoma and Colorado. He continues his Dermatopathology practice and leads clinical trials as Principal Investigator / Sub-Investigator in the fields of Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Psychiatry. He is Board certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology, and is a member of the American Medical Association, Oklahoma State Medical Association, American Society of Dermatopathology, and past president of the Oklahoma State Dermatological Society.

Alyssa Harrison | Executive Director

Alyssa Harrison serves as the Executive Director of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master in Business Administration from Washington State University.

In her current role, Alyssa oversees and leads all operations while also developing and managing strategic plans, and annual operative and capital budgets. She ensures the corporate vision and mission for United Tissue Network is focused on driving tactical business growth through the development of strategic partnerships. Her forward-looking vision includes succeeding in an evolving market with long-term goals that stay true to the company’s values and aid in advancing medical innovation. Alyssa has gained extensive knowledge of the American Association of Tissue Banks, Uniform Anatomical Gift Act and funeral home rules and regulations to ensure United Tissue Network not only meets but exceeds in all standards.

Patrick Blair CQA, Quality Manager

Patrick Blair serves as the Quality Manager of United Tissue Network. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Oklahoma.

In his current role, Patrick leads all Quality Assurance, which includes his focus on internal audits, systems management, vendor and supplier audits, change implementation and management and overseeing United Tissue Network’s Quality Systems. He has also achieved additional Quality certifications given by the American Society of Quality recognizing him for advancing his Quality knowledge. Patrick understands the need, and is striving to improve regulation in the field of non-transplant tissue banking.

Ann Gettys Operations Manager

Ann Gettys Serves as the Operations Manager of the United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Master of Science in Health and Exercise Science: Exercise Physiology from the University of Oklahoma. She has also completed 40+ hours of graduate level work in Public Health and Health Administration and Policy from the University of Oklahoma School of Public Health. Ann brings over 10 years of college level Human Physiology and Human Anatomy teaching experience to her role at UTN as well as, non-profit management experience.

In her current role, Ann oversees daily operations at all 3 laboratory sites to ensure the best possible quality of operations and adherence to the AATB standards.

Katie Steine-Davis | Donor Services Manager

Katie Steine-Davis serves as the Donor Services Manager of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies, Political Science and Creative Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.

In her current role, Katie organizes daily workflow to ensure compliance and performance are met in the Donor Services Department and assists with community outreach opportunities. She orients employees as to their responsibilities and the function of the facility to ensure compliance with the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, as well as other applicable rules and regulations.

Eric Hodel | Client Services Department Manager

Eric Hodel serves as the Client Services Department Manager of United Tissue Network. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Bradley University.

In his current role, Eric is responsible for the oversight of the Client Services Department. He works to establish the procedures and guidelines that we use to ensure that our Client Services staff is meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Christine Rapisura | Business Office Manager

Christine Rapisura serves as the Business Office Manager of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State Stanislaus. Christine has 15+ years of experience in an Office Manager / Human Resource Manager position. In her current role, Christine coordinates and supports office activities as needed. She Manages United Tissue Networks Human Resource activities, such as new hire, payroll, PTO, and benefit implementation.  Christine also manages the Accounting Department.  She oversees Invoicing, accounts payable, and client accounts, ensuring accuracy of all locations following set company procedures. Christine works to establish procedures and guidelines for all office activities, so they may be cohesive across all of United Tissue Network locations.

Hal Wm. Ezzell | Vice President & General Counsel

Hal Wm. Ezzell is a Vice President and General Counsel of United Tissue Network, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of United Tissue Network, Inc. Previously, he served as the Managing Member of Ezzell & Wadley, PLLC. His 22-year career has included practicing law in both large firm and small firm environments, as well as serving as a Manager in a “Big 5” public accounting firm (Arthur Andersen & Co.). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma (1993) and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (1996).  Hal is an active Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (admitted 1997) and a former Member of the State Bar of Texas (admitted 1996, voluntarily resigned as inactive on 2000).

Areas of legal practice include a general regulatory and administrative law practice, representing business organizations in all aspects of governance and transactions  and real estate with an emphasis in zoning, land use and development.
