Management Team:

Dr. Paul S. Gillum, Medical Director/Physician Advisor

Dr. Paul S. Gillum serves as the Medical Director and Physician Advisor of United Tissue Network. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma and a Medical Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

In his current role, Dr. Gillum leads clinical trials as a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator in the following indications: Psoriasis, Onychomycosis, Seborrheic Dermatitis, Acne, Dyspepsia, Skin Cancer, Dyspepsia, Hypertension, GERD and Ulcerative Colitis. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and Oklahoma State Medical Association.

Alyssa Harrison, Executive Director

Alyssa Harrison serves as the Executive Director of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

In her current role, Alyssa oversees and leads all operations while also developing and managing strategic plans, and annual operative and capital budgets. She ensures the corporate vision and mission for United Tissue Network is focused on driving tactical business growth through the development of strategic partnerships. Her forward-looking vision includes succeeding in an evolving market with long-term goals that stay true to the company’s values and aid in advancing medical innovation. Alyssa has gained extensive knowledge of the American Association of Tissue Banks, American Medical Education and Research Association, Uniform Anatomical Gift Act and funeral home rules and regulations to ensure United Tissue Network not only meets but exceeds in all standards.

Eric Hodel, Client Services Department Manager

Eric Hodel serves as the Client Services Department Manager of United Tissue Network. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Bradley University.

In his current role, Eric is responsible for the oversight of the Client Services Department. He works to establish the procedures and guidelines that we use to ensure that our Client Services staff is meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Kayla Hrabak, Communications Manager

Kayla Hrabak serves as the Communications Manager of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Northern Arizona University.

In her current role, Kayla leads the communications department at both the Arizona and Oklahoma locations and increases community awareness. Her focus involves leading the marketing initiatives for potential donors and clients, as well as monitoring the overall health of the department.

Patrick Blair, CQA, Quality Manager

Patrick Blair serves as the Quality Manager of United Tissue Network. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Oklahoma.

In his current role, Patrick leads all Quality Assurance, which includes his focus on internal audits, systems management, vendor and supplier audits, change implementation and management and overseeing United Tissue Network’s Quality Systems. He has also achieved additional Quality certifications given by the American Society of Quality recognizing him for advancing his Quality knowledge. Patrick understands the need, and is striving to improve regulation in the field of non-transplant tissue banking.

Katie Steine-Davis, Regional Supervisor

Katie Steine-Davis serves as the Regional Supervisor of United Tissue Network. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies, Political Science and Creative Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.

In her current role, Katie organizes daily workflow to ensure compliance and performance are met in the Donor Services Department and assists with community outreach opportunities. She orients employees as to their responsibilities and the function of the facility to ensure compliance with the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, as well as other applicable rules and regulations.
