United Tissue Network is a whole-body donation organization.

The Account Manager will be a critical team member to promote United Tissue Network’s (UTN) mission to empower people who want to make a difference through whole-body donation by development of relationships with professionals dedicated to the advancement of medical technology, training and education.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Identifies and loses new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts
  • Screen potential new business and old business deal by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
